| What is Jane Goodall Global Youth Summit? Jane Goodall's Global Youth Summit is a chance for outstanding young people from all over the world to meet with one another and create solid community action plans for the coming year. The summit will focus on the following topics: poverty; wildlife conservation; water sanitation and scarcity; and environmental degradation. Together, these youth will not only take action but discuss what it will take to break down cultural and trans-national boundaries. What is the goal of Jane Goodall Global Youth Summit? The goal of Jane Goodall's Global Youth Summit is to equip young people from around the world with strong leadership skills, including communications tools, strategies, processes and best practices, which they will use to address global issues as they grow in to the leaders of tomorrow. Our mission is to create a cadre of engaged, active youth leaders dedicated to making positive changes happen in their communities and in the world. How do I register? Visa restrictions, requirements, and waiting times vary from country to country. To understand the visa process, it is in your best interest to speak with the U.S. embassy in your country. That way you ensure that you have the proper documents ready. We have created an information sheet to help you with the process, however this should not be used as a substitute to speaking with the U.S. embassy or consulate in your country.
